Trash and Recycling
Managing trash and recycling for 87 units requires the diligent participation of all owners and renters to keep our property clean and safe. Trash and recycling dumpsters are located outside the building's SW door otherwise known as the beach entrance. A trash chute is located on each floor in the SE corner of the building; however, the trash chute is temporarily closed (due to Hurricane Ian damage). Please follow these guidelines when disposing of trash and recyclables. Owners are responsible for sharing this information with their Tenants too.
