Invoices
Vendors of VT1 should submit invoices to invoice@vt1naples.com as a pdf attachment. Please indicate your preference for one of the following payment methods:
Pay via Visa credit card. Provide the link in your email or on the invoice to enter VT1 credit card information.
Pay via Zelle. Include the email address or phone number used by the Zelle network for payment. Only invoices $500 or less can be paid via this method.
Pay via Chase Bill Pay. Indicate in your email that your business is part of the Chase Bill Pay network.
Pay via check. Include the remittance mailing address. Chase Bill Pay will generate and send the check to the payment remittance address provided. No checks can be written / printed onsite.
If you desire to be paid via methods #2 through #4 and this is your first invoice submission, please complete an IRS W-9 and send to W-9@vt1naples.com. No payment(s) will be issued until a completed and signed W-9 is received.
