Payments

VT1 owners have several ways to pay quarterly fees, special assessments, and application fees.  Payments can be submitted via the following methods:

Beginning immediately:

ALL payments will be made using either the AppFolio Online payment or by mailing your checks to the Dropbox.

NOTES  

• Payees (Owners, Renters, etc) are responsible for ensuring their payments are received.  VT1 cannot be held responsible for user errors and/or money held by another entity due to an error.

• Payments received 20 days after the due date will incur a $25 late fee and accrue interest at 18% APY.
